New Devon Painting

David is currently working on a large (150cm x 150cm) oil on canvas focussing on a recent return to Devon. On a glorious summer’s day David, his wife, daughters and friends spent a day picnicing, swimming and laying in the sun on a beautiful secluded beach in the South Hams. To the locals the beach is called Scrambledown and it is aptly named as there’s a long and steep walk in making it all the sweeter to enjoy when you finally arrive.
